Chapter 125

Those Who Trust Adonai Shall Not Be Moved

Mount Zion's unmovable stability as a picture of those who trust in Adonai points to Yeshua, the Rock on which those who trust in Him can never be moved.

  1. Those Who Trust in Adonai

    Those who trust in Adonai are like Mount Zion — unmovable, surrounded by Elohim's protection forever.

  2. 1Those who trust in YHWH are as Mount Zion, which can’t be moved, but remains forever.
  3. 2As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so YHWH surrounds his people from this time forward and forever more.
  4. 3For the sceptre of wickedness won’t remain over the allotment of the righteous, so that the righteous won’t use their hands to do evil.
  5. 4Do good, YHWH, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.
  6. 5But as for those who turn away to their crooked ways, YHWH will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.
