Chapter 96

Sing to Adonai a New Song of Salvation

The declaration to tell all nations of Elohim's salvation and that He is coming to judge the earth is the anthem of the Great Commission, centred on Yeshua.

  1. Sing a New Song to Adonai

    A new song for a new thing Elohim is doing. All the earth is invited to sing to Adonai.

  2. 1Sing to YHWH a new song! Sing to YHWH, all the earth.
  3. 2Sing to YHWH! Bless his name! Proclaim his salvation from day to day!
  4. 3Declare his glory amongst the nations, his marvellous works amongst all the peoples.
  5. 4For YHWH is great, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods.
  6. 5For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but YHWH made the heavens.
  7. 6Honour and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
  8. 7Ascribe to YHWH, you families of nations, ascribe to YHWH glory and strength.
  9. 8Ascribe to YHWH the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts.
  10. 9Worship YHWH in kodesh array. Tremble before him, all the earth.
  11. 10Say amongst the nations, “YHWH reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.
  12. 11Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness!
  13. 12Let the field and all that is in it exult! Then all the trees of the woods shall sing for joy
  14. 13before YHWH; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.
